Most of the activities in the context of the Right to the Future Urban Thinkers Campus programme will take place at Palazzo Sant’Elia, located in via Maqueda, in the heart of the old town of Palermo.
The palace, abode of the namesake Foundation, in recent years has become an important museum space, hosting several temporary exhibitions as well as other artistic and cultural initiatives.
Within its renovated exhibition itinerary, we will also host an exhibit telling the road map of the World Urban Campaign, from the Urban Thinkers Campuses to the Habitat III Conference culminated with the signing of the New Urban Agenda, and the process followed in Palermo by PUSH.
Right to the Future is also an excellent opportunity for foreigners to discover the city.
If you come to Palermo for a few days to attend the Campus we’ve got what you need as a tourist here: SAM, the digital map of street art in Palermo, and Open Tour, the Android app that walks you through the beauty of our city.
Reaching Palazzo Sant’Elia is quite easy: it’s just 6 minutes walking from the Central Railway Station and 3 minutes walking from the bus stop “Roma-Fiume” located in via Roma.
